I have been teaching yoga for over a decade!

With over a decade of yoga teaching under my belt, I blend dynamic techniques with intelligent sequencing to playfully challenge and guide students of all levels, drawing from my personal journey and the vast physical and mental benefits I’ve reaped from this mindful practice.

Yoga is my passion and it’s been a huge journey of self discovery, growth and discipline and now that I’m that little bit older I notice the vast benefits it has physically but also on mental health.

For me it’s a practice of mindfulness in breathing and moving in the present moment which allows you to create strength, balance, mobility but also clarity of mind. It’s these numerous physical, mental and emotional benefits that I’m always excited to share with my students.

I’ve discovered a regular practice will encourage you to strive for your body’s full range of movement and this is key to feeling your best and avoiding injury in day to day life. Simply taking a bit of time to strengthen, stretch and  release any stagnant energy is priceless to your body’s longevity and  can serve as a powerful tool for stress reduction and relaxation.

With my experience teaching yoga, I’ve honed a method that melds dynamic techniques with smart sequencing to benefit students at every level. Inspired by my own transformative journey with yoga, I’m passionate about guiding others through their progress. Every session with my students is an opportunity to celebrate growth, enhance physical wellbeing, and embrace the clarity that comes from dedicated practice.

My classes incorporate mindful breathing techniques, posture alignment and build core strength and balance. I teach a walk in group class every week at Londonfields Fitness Studio (379 Mentmore Terrace E8 3PH) at 6pm on Fridays, a great way to start your weekend, all levels welcome!
